  1. Nice video…is it available from Jackson? Love to have a copy. Nice to see you also wearing the gear for the swim. Dry pants and top are prominent in the vid. and a great PFD.

I am doing the Reel Paddling Film Festival in June in Albuquerque. Have you seen the Kayak fishing videos and what ones do you really like?

You are pretty darn accessible as an enthusiast for the sport of kayak fishing. I had my first Hobie Adventure fish as soon as it came out that I used on Lake Powell (San Juan Arm for largemouth…Main arm for Stripers) Was gone for 9 days self supported…a bit different than your waters. That said, the way the sport is moving ahead I would hope that you consider doing a tri fold brochure in the manner that Bill Dance did for the US Coast Guard but focusing on the important aspects of kayak fishing safety. I have a great contact there.

Very cool stuff Stephen. I like to be accessible because I love the relationships and people more than anything else. Sometimes it can be too much for me to handle, but I sure try to get back to everyone in a detailed manner the best I can.

Anyway, I am not sure which video, or kayak, you are referring to when you say “is it available from Jackson” because this page has many videos on it. If you are referring to the Jackson Kayak, it is the Coosa. Feel free to go to JacksonKayak.com to check it out!

I really don’t watch a lot of kayak fishing videos to be honest. I think its just because I am so busy with other things and trying to film and edit my own! Anyway, I know there are some good ones out there though.

Maybe I will be able to do a tri-fold brochure one day about safety in the kayak, because it is needed. Thanks for the message!
